TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

 

All services purchased from Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by way of completing a ParQ, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian. The applicant also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the studio and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time. Furthermore, all applicants release Blair’s Boot Camp, Fitness & Training, its owners, directors, managers, and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child, and 2) any loss or damage to personal property. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments be made by credit card on the dates predetermined in the services contract.

 

Registration & Purchase

To register or purchase from the Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

 

All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates, or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

 

Return/Refund Policy

Pre-paid sessions are fully refundable up to and including to the end of the first class only. If you are unable to attend a session due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. Refunds are also offered after the first class of a session only, if you find the program does not meet your needs or abilities.

 

If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another session. This credit is non-transferable and accounts for only the classes remaining in your session at the time you requested cancellation. Class credit is valid for a period of 60 days only. There is no cash refund. There is no refund for merely changing your mind. We are here to get you results and these results cannot be achieved if you fail to attend the program. This is not negotiable.

 

If you are unable to continue to attend a session due to medical reasons, a doctor’s note confirming that you are unable or not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of a missed class. Refunds and class credits offered under these circumstances will be decided on a case by case basis.

 

Missed Classes/Appointments

If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 24 hours ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make up the class/appointment at a later date or with a different group. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Any classes/appointments missed without 24 hours notification are forfeited. Classes/appointments missed due to immediate emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
