Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training obtains most of our information through registration forms, thesigning of waivers, and completion of Par-Q forms. With your consent we may also obtain personalinformation about you from third parties. This may include parents, guardians, coaches, or whoever isregistering you in a program and/or paying for your registration. Use of your personal information for any purpose other than those outlined or the release of such information by parties outside of Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training or its affiliates will take place only under the following circumstances:

 

(a) We will disclose your personal information when you have given consent. Under no circumstances do we sell participant or personal information to others. Please note that we will not share health information that may have been provided in connection with a program, program withdrawal or request for refund. With your consent, we may use certain information to provide you with information about Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training and its affiliates and programming.  This consent is optional and you can decide to withdraw it at any time. Information collected by Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training about its clients is used internally by authorized employees of Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training for the following reasons: To process payments, register you in a program of your choice, update you when required of any possible changes of the planned services at Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training, determination of those areas, features, and services that are valued the most and found most helpful. Also, we collect information to determine the appropriate participation in the activities and services provided at Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training and on our site.

 

(b) We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when permitted or required by law; when trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; investigating fraud which has already taken place.

 

Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training will never sell, trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.

 

 

Photos/Videos

Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training occasionally takes photographs and/or videos of employees and/or clients during training programs. These photos and/or videos are taken by employees of Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training, or by authorized third parties. The photos and/or videos obtained are used for promotional purposes only, and may be made available to public view on the Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training website, or other social media maintained by Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training. There is no financial compensation offered to clients of Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training for their appearance in any of these photos and/or videos. Any person who does not agree to appear in any photo and/or video taken by Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training or an authorized third party shall provide written notice to Blairs’ Boot Camp, Fitness & Training indicating such.
