Our Chatham-Kent fitness programs are designed for you to see results in a team oriented environment and have fun at the same time. We combine agility exercises, strength training & cardio and now TRX classes, to work out people of ALL ages and fitness levels. Each fitness class guarantees to push and motivate you to a level you might not think was possible for you to achieve. You’ll notice, inch loss, more lean muscle mass, loss of body fat, improved cardio endurance, a boost in energy levels and more confidence.

Blairs’ Campus weight room is equipped with state of the art equipment to optimize full body strength training. Our amenities include machine, cables, cardio and free weights and a spacious plate loaded, functional training area. Our easy online reservation and sign in system ensures you can get a comfortable, safe, clean, positive  environment to workout in.
