Our Chatham-Kent fitness programs are designed for you to see results in a team oriented environment and have fun at the same time. We combine agility exercises, strength training & cardio and now TRX classes, to work out people of ALL ages and fitness levels. Each fitness class guarantees to push and motivate you to a level you might not think was possible for you to achieve. After a 8 week session you’ll notice, inch loss, more lean muscle mass, loss of body fat, improved cardio endurance, a boost in energy levels and more confidence.
