


Forever Young is the newest addition to the class schedule at BBC.
The goal for the development of this class was to make bootcamp accessible to all; especially participants 50+.
This modified version of the trademark BBC workout focuses on improving all areas of fitness: muscular strength,
cardio endurance, flexibility and core strength. However, the exercises in this class are designed with special consideration
to your specific needs and limitations (ie. joint issues). You will still achieve the optimal results of bootcamp while working
at your level. In one session, you can expect to notice more lean muscle mass, loss of body fat, improved cardio endurance,
more confidence and more energy for your daily tasks. Our unique setting of high energy combined with innovative equipment
and social support creates an atmosphere like no other.
